We're Hiring: Technical IT Executive – AI & Web Systems Location: In-office, Autobacs India Department: Tech & Marketing | Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 Own laptop with good configuration is a must Key Responsibilities Daily Tasks Update, optimize, and maintain the WordPress website (frontend/backend). Develop and deploy a fully automated AI chatbot for: Customer support Product recommendations Lead generation Integration with Instagram & WhatsApp Manage plugin updates, performance optimization, and security of the website. Assist in automating internal tech/marketing tasks using Python. Debug, test, and resolve system-related issues across platforms. Weekly/Monthly Tasks Improve chatbot responses with data feedback. Collaborate with marketing for web banners, landing pages, and campaign support. Optimize SEO and analytics on the website. Run scripts or automation tools to improve internal operations (e.g., lead tracking, reporting). Coordinate with hosting providers and handle cloud/server tasks (basic). Skills Required Strong coding skills in Python Proficient in WordPress (Elementor, themes, plugins, backend access) Experience in API integration (Meta, WhatsApp, OpenAI, etc.) Web tech knowledge: HTML, CSS, JS, MySQL Familiarity with AI/ML tools like Dialogflow, Rasa, or GPT-based APIs is a plus Version control systems (Git) Knowledge Areas Chatbot design & conversational flow Server/Cloud basics (e.g., hosting, backups) Web security & data privacy SEO basics and Google Analytics/Tag Manager UI/UX understanding for user-friendly website changes Attitude & Traits Problem-solver with strong initiative Detail-oriented and self-organized Willingness to learn and test new tools Respectful in teamwork, yet independent in execution Fast and adaptive in high-pressure environments Motives We Value Passion to innovate with AI and automation Curiosity to build something impactful Drive to grow with a fast-scaling automotive company Ownership mindset, not just task finisher Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Python: 3 years (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 22/05/2025
