We are hiring Python Developers who have a strong interest and/or experience in AI-based automation, backend development, and workflow automation.
Candidates with 05+ years of experience are welcome, as long as they have good Python fundamentals and a passion for building automation tools.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts, automation tools, and backend modules.
- Build AI-driven automation workflows using libraries like LangChain, or other ML/AI tools.
- Integrate APIs and automate repetitive/manual processes.
- Work on data extraction, scraping, and automated reporting.
- Assist in building backend services using FastAPI / Flask / Django.
- Debug issues, optimize code, and ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
Strong knowledge of Core Python and logical problem-solving.
Understanding of:
- API integration
- Automation scripting
- Libraries like Requests, Pandas, Selenium/BeautifulSoup
- Interest or experience in AI/ML tools such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with AI automation or chatbot building.
- Basic knowledge of Git, Docker, or DevOps pipelines.
- Familiarity with Linux systems.
