You are looking for a Python & Data Science professional with 5+ years of experience for a Contract to Hire position in Pune and Hyderabad. Immediate joiners are preferred. As a Python & Data Science expert, you will solve business and customer issues utilizing AI/ML, build prototypes and scalable AI/ML solutions that will be integrated into software products, collaborate with software engineers, business stakeholders, and product owners in an Agile environment, and have complete ownership of model outcomes driving continuous improvement. The essential requirements for this role include strong coding skills in Python, machine learning knowledge (Deep learning, Information Retrieval (RAG), GenAI, Classification, Forecasting, Regression, etc.) with experience in ML model deployment, ability to work with internal stakeholders to transfer business questions into quantitative problem statements, effective communication of data science progress to non-technical internal stakeholders, and the ability to lead a team of data scientists is a plus. Experience with Big Data technologies and/or software development is also a plus.,
