Python Automation Test Engineer

Role Overview: As a test automation engineer, your primary responsibility will be to develop a test automation framework for the automation product. This involves architecting, designing, and implementing the framework. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in test automation, a deep understanding of different frameworks, and the ability to train and lead a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain a scalable and efficient automation framework. - Scripting and Execution: Create and execute test scripts efficiently. - Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of automation engineers, providing guidance and mentorship. - Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and optimization within the automation process. Qualifications: - Proven experience in a test automation engineer or similar role. - Strong proficiency in test automation tools, reporting, and Robot framework. - Solid programming experience in Python. - Experience in version control (Git) and continuous integration tools (Jenkins). - Strong leadership and communication skills.
