Job Title: Python Automation Engineer

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Location: Noida

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute

  manual & automated test cases

  for web applications and APIs.
• Build robust automation scripts using

  Python, Pytest, and Robot Framework

  .
• Perform

  functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing

  across platforms.
• Conduct

  API testing

  including validation, schema checks, performance, and security using Postman/Swagger or equivalent tools.
• Execute

  performance and load testing

  using JMeter to identify latency, bottlenecks, and system constraints.
• Test and validate distributed messaging systems such as

  RabbitMQ

  and

  EMQX

  .
• Perform database testing on

  Redis, PostgreSQL, Cassandra

  —including data integrity, performance tuning, and fault tolerance checks.
• Work with

  Microsoft Azure

  services to test and optimize cloud-native, scalable architectures.
• Conduct

  container-based testing

  in Kubernetes, validating microservices behavior, scaling, and deployments.
• Integrate automation into

  CI/CD pipelines

  using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Track and resolve defects using

  TestRail

  or similar test management tools.
• Collaborate with

  Development, DevOps, and Product teams

  to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• Test Automation:

  Strong hands-on experience with Python, Pytest, Robot Framework.

• Web Testing:

  UI, functional, regression, and cross-browser testing experience.

• API Testing:

  Postman, Swagger, REST API validation expertise.

• Cloud:

  Strong understanding of

  Microsoft Azure

  architecture, monitoring, deployments.

• Databases:

  Redis, PostgreSQL, Cassandra (querying, schema validation, performance optimization).

• Messaging Systems:

  RabbitMQ, EMQX.

• Performance Testing:

  JMeter or equivalent tools.

• Containerization:

  Docker & Kubernetes testing for microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of

  CI/CD pipelines

  (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience working in

  Agile + DevOps

  environments.
