Python Architect

Job Description: You will be responsible for designing and architecting robust, scalable, and secure Python applications. Additionally, you will define and enforce best practices in software engineering and architecture. Your role will involve leading technical discussions and decision-making across teams, mentoring development teams, and conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and performance. Collaboration with product managers, DevOps, QA, and other stakeholders will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to support project goals, drive architectural initiatives for performance optimization, scalability, and reliability, and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure Python applications. - Define and enforce best practices in software engineering and architecture. - Lead technical discussions and decision-making across teams. - Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and performance. - Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, QA, and other stakeholders. - Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to support project goals. - Drive architectural initiatives for performance optimization, scalability, and reliability. - Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python. - 2+ years in a Python Architect or Lead Developer role. - Expertise in web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency in Python. - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redshift).
