Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Python Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python technologies, microservices architecture, cloud computing, and enterprise software development. You will be responsible for defining technical roadmaps, mentoring development teams, and ensuring best practices in software engineering. Key Responsibilities: Architect and design scalable, high-performance Python applications . Develop microservices-based solutions ensuring modularity, reusability, and scalability. Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices . Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams. Ensure security, performance, and compliance standards are met. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools. Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments. Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for better performance and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Python development and architecture. Expertise in Django, Flask, FastAPI, or other Python frameworks . Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong knowledge of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and query optimization. Hands-on experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). Knowledge of security best practices in application development. Exposure to front-end technologies like React/Angular (optional but preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Python, Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus. Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is advantageous. Prior experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
