Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robust

  backend software solutions

  primarily using

  Python

  AI/ML applications

• Develop and maintain high-performance

  RESTful APIs

  FastAPI

  or equivalent frameworks, often serving AI-powered features.
• Build responsive and intuitive

  frontend user interfaces

  React

  to visualize and interact with complex AI models and data.
• Utilize the

  Azure cloud platform

  (or similar) for application development and deployment, demonstrating a willingness to explore and master new cloud and

  AI/ML specific cloud services

• Architect and implement

  Generative AI solutions

  , including

  Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)

  systems, to enhance model capabilities and provide context-aware responses.
• Work with and integrate various

  Large Language Models (LLMs)

  , exploring fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimal model selection.
• Develop and orchestrate

  Agentic AI workflows

  using frameworks like

  LangChain, LlamaIndex

  , or like enable autonomous and multi-step reasoning.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including AI Researchers and Data Scientists, to translate cutting-edge research into impactful, deployable solutions.
• Proactively stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
• Actively contribute to a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in AI-driven development.
• Maintain strong knowledge of

  Git/GitHub

  for version control and collaborative development.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in

• In-depth knowledge of

• Demonstrated experience or strong theoretical understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and their applications.

• Familiarity with or direct experience in building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.

• Experience with or keen interest in Agentic AI and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration tools.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge sharing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently, taking ownership of tasks, and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
• Participation in Hackathons/Coding competitions, especially those focused on AI/ML, is a significant plus, demonstrating initiative and practical problem-solving.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies, including those specific to AI/ML model evaluation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps and cloud-native development (Docker, Kubernetes), particularly in the context of deploying AI/ML models, is a strong plus.
