Company Description PVCleanse is an Industrial Robot Manufacturing Company focused on Design and Developing Advanced Robots for Construction, Operation, Maintenance, and Survey & Mapping. Our Key Stakeholder are Working in the Field from 2003, we have leveraged our extensive industrial experience to address ground-level challenges and design robots that automate cleaning and maintenance, enable smart survey and mapping, and support construction and operations. Our robots are built to ensure long-term efficiency and reduce manpower dependency. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with strong SolidWorks expertise and proven experience in mechanical and automotive engineering. The Engineer will play a key role in developing robotic systems, Integrating Electrical/electronic components into assemblies, and delivering fabrication/manufacturing ready drawings. The Manager will Provide Initial Concept Sketches, while the Engineer will be Responsible for Detailed Design, Improvements, and validation based on engineering knowledge and SolidWorks proficiency. Key Responsibilities Design and develop 3D models of robotic systems in SolidWorks. Model and integrate electrical/electronic components within assemblies. Prepare detailed fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing drawings. Conduct design validation, motion, and structural simulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, electronics, automation). Support prototype development, testing, and iterative improvements. Ensure compliance with engineering standards and manufacturability best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (Automobile / Robotics / Mechatronics preferred). Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in mechanical/robotics/automotive product design. Strong expertise in SolidWorks (3D, Assembly, Sheet Metal, Motion, Simulation). Deep knowledge of mechanical engineering principles – kinematics, dynamics, strength of materials, and manufacturing processes. Ability to prepare manufacturing-ready drawings with BOMs, tolerances, and GD&T. Hands-on experience in design validation and prototype support. SolidWorks Certification (preferred).
