We are looking for a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across our offices and manufacturing units. The ideal candidate will assist in documentation, coordination, and communication tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations and providing vital support to management and other departments. Responsibilities Administrative Support: Handle daily clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Maintain records, registers, and documentation (physical and digital). Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed. Manage incoming and outgoing communication (emails, phone calls, couriers). Coordination & Logistics: Support inter-department coordination between production, accounts, and HR teams. Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel schedules for staff and management. Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of documents between multiple facilities. Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment. Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Support the setup of new workstations, basic IT assistance, and equipment maintenance coordination. Handle visitors, clients, and administrative queries professionally. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Commerce, or related field.• 1–3 years of experience as an Office Assistant, Admin Executive, or similar role (manufacturing experience preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality. Fluent in English (Multilingual preferred – Kannada & Hindi).
