Job Description

As a Purchasing Value Data compliance coordinator / Sourcing Specialist based in Mumbai You will be the first line of help desk and support to our sourcing professionals for every aspect related to Zycus Value entries and fields. Conversely, you will be responsible for assessing the Value Compliance status of the Commercial Areas and support the sourcing professionals to enhance Zycus data accuracy and fidelity for every field related to Value Reporting. You will be working under the guidance of Global Purchasing Compliance lead analyst and report to the Global Purchasing Value Leader. Main Responsibilities include: Act as Zycus super user: first line support for Zycus Value related entries Enhance discipline and share best practices around Zycus Value related entries Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly value compliance reports and follow up on actions items and remediations Collaborate with the other Value coordinators to foster standardization and harmonization across all commercial areas Support the Value Analysts on automation and digitization of processes and tools around Value capturing and reporting Collect constant feedback from the commercial area on Zycus improvements opportunities Support the value team with identification of value compliance gaps and propose remediation Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in (Business, Finance or Engineering) with 5 to 10 years of experience Your Skills Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and exhibited advanced analytical skills: Excel, Data Analysis, Power BI, Python, Alteryx Experience in Zycus, SAP and DSR Experience in Business Finance and Procurement is considered a plus Fast learner, balancing strategic thinking and attention to details Change Management Communication Digital Literacy Proactive problem solving Additional notes Relocation assistance is not available with this position.
