1) Manage Global Materials Management Activities like Intercompany inventory stock transfer analysis and distribution to support adequate inventory level at global sites. 2) Co-ordinate and support SAP automation activities for Process enhancement. 1. Support Global Materials Management Activities like Intercompany inventory stock transfer, analysis and distribution to support adequate inventory level at global sites. 2. Manage, co-ordinate and execute custom parts MRP generated requirement to support customer on time delivery. 3. Co-ordinate with Engineering, Configuration, Finance, Materials management, Quality and other departments for IC stock transfer item clarifications, specifically for custom parts 4. Develop and monitor IC stock transfer inventory plan to support customer delivery requirements and forecasts. 5. Closely work with intercompany supply chain team globally to expedite materials for urgent requirements and provide timely feedback. 6. Support purchase order automation activities to streamline processes and monitor and maintain accurate master data to drive automation. 7. Collabarate with SAP team to enhance SAP functionality and carry out user acceptance test. 8. Timely issue of stock transfer orders and maintain accurate delivery dates and quantities in SAP. 9. Work closely with Planners / Supervisors / managers to ensure procured material is available to support shop floor requirements. 10. Timely update on parts availability to Final Assembly planner / Master Scheduler and other team members to support sales order on time delivery. 11. Review all open invoices that do not match Accounts Payable systems. Ensure timely actions are taken for clarification and resolutions specifically for custom parts. 12. Maintenance of SAP item master data accuracy such as lot size, Safety Stock, MRP Type, lead times, etc. 13. Create Intercompany stock transfer Deliveries with detail Inventory analysis and manage global inventory stock plan. 14. Measure and Manage KPI and inter-company delivery performance and periodically review past due open Items. 15. Regular review of Exception Messages to control inventory for assigned MRP controller. 16. Provide guidance and support to global inventory management optimization initiatives. 17. Make recommendations for productivity and/or method improvements. 18. Complete miscellaneous duties and tasks as they may be assigned. 19. Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations. 20. Ensure ISO guidelines are followed. Team: Key Team member for GMM for stock transfer distribution. Automation and enhancing the process for improved on time delivery with optimum inventory level. Basic Qualification / Preferred Qualifications: BE Mechanical with minimum 3 to 5 years of Materials management, Inventory and Production Planning experience in manufacturing Environment. Diploma in Tool & Die making with 6-7 Years experience in Material Management and Exposure/Certification in SAP Material Management/Production Planning
