Purchase Pharmacist

As a Pharmaceutical Purchase Executive with 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory management, your role will involve managing the end-to-end procurement process for pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers. Issuing purchase orders (POs) and tracking deliveries to ensure timely supply will also be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, vendor terms, and pricing. Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the sales and inventory team for replenishments is crucial. Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, product certifications, and licenses is a vital aspect of your role. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new vendors is essential. Working closely with the QA/Regulatory team to verify vendor compliance and providing regular reports on purchase costs, lead times, and vendor performance are among your responsibilities. Pharm / B.
