Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and self-sufficient Coordinator to play a crucial role in our Purchase operations. This position will assist us in enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain by guaranteeing timely and precise system updates, as well as ensuring the orderly processing of payments to our vendors. Roles & Responsibility Supervise daily inventory control operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution. Ensure precise tracking of inventory levels through inventory management software, updating records as necessary. Analyze inventory data and forecast demand to efficiently and cost-effectively place orders for stock replenishment and Record management. Prepare text Purchase orders from purchase requisitions, supporting quotes/invoices, release for approval Support with Issuing Inter-Company Purchase Order for standard components from purchase requisitions Preferred Candidate Profile : Strong organizational and time-management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc) Demonstrated teamwork, productivity, accuracy, dedication, and professionalism
