Purchase Officer

Civil & interior experience preferable

• Supplier management: Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors. Build and maintain strong relationships to secure favorable terms and ensure a reliable supply chain.
• Procurement and negotiation: Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and meet the company's needs.
• Order and delivery management: Create and process purchase orders, track their status, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods or services.
• Inventory control: Monitor stock levels and manage reordering to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Quality assurance: Ensure that procured goods and services meet the company's quality standards.
• Cost and budget management: Analyze market trends, compare quotes, and make recommendations to reduce costs and optimize purchasing budgets.
• Record keeping and compliance: Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier information. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal departments to understand their purchasing requirements and align procurement activities with their needs.
