Purchase Manager/Executive

You will be responsible for sourcing reliable vendors for construction materials, fixtures, finishes, and appliances commonly used in residential projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating procurement schedules to align with residential project phases, ensuring timely delivery of materials to prevent delays. - Negotiating competitive prices for bulk purchases of residential building materials such as cement, bricks, tiles, plumbing, and electrical supplies. - Verifying that materials meet residential building codes, safety standards, and design specifications to maintain quality control. - Managing inventory levels at construction sites and warehouses to ensure a smooth workflow without excess stock. - Monitoring and controlling procurement costs within the residential project budget. - Collaborating with architects, project managers, and site supervisors to understand material requirements and any design changes. - Researching new residential building products, sustainable materials, or cost-saving opportunities to enhance project value. - Maintaining accurate purchase records, generating procurement reports, and updating senior management on purchasing status and supplier performance.
