Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager , located in Vadodara, Gujarat . The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, sourcing construction and interior materials, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to project sites. Qualifications Proficiency in Purchasing and Procurement processes Strong Negotiation and Vendor Management skills Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Management and logistics Experience in Inventory Management and demand forecasting Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with related software systems (e.g., inventory, purchase, or supply chain tools) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Supply Chain Management , or a related field 3+ years of experience in the construction, interior, or industrial sectors preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Civil engineering: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
