Title: Purchase Manager - International Sourcing Experience: 3–5 years in global sourcing/purchasing (preferably in consumer or baby products) About the Role: As Sohii’s Purchase Manager for International Sourcing, you’ll be at the heart of managing our global supplier relationships. You’ll handle everything from aligning ongoing orders and new product development to logistics coordination and exploring new international partners in categories aligned with our growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end purchasing with existing international suppliers – new products, repeat orders, quality control, documentation, and timely pickups. Build deep product knowledge to recommend what works best for the Indian market. Identify and onboard new international suppliers in line with Sohii’s focus categories. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, warehouse) to align demand with supply. Maintain structured procurement calendars, supplier performance reports, and cost benchmarking. Negotiate effectively while nurturing strong, long-term supplier relationships. Track import documentation, MOQ terms, and cost efficiencies to align with growth targets.
