Role & responsibilities Responsibilities: Procurement: Purchase all required consumables including pharmacy, laboratory, cathlab, and OT supplies. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement. Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers as needed. Inventory Management: Manage inventory movement and stock levels using inventory management software. Conduct regular audits of stock at all locations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to avoid shortages. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, procurement activities, and audit findings. Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly. Compliance: Ensure all procurement and inventory activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in the healthcare sector. Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough audits. Ability to travel to multiple locations as required. Perks and benefits
