Job Description: Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations & Customer Success team as an intern. This role offers an opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations, supporting customers, and ensuring a high-quality service experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to process improvement, data analysis, and issue resolution. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in Operational Tasks: Support the operations team in monitoring daily activities, tracking key metrics, and ensuring smooth workflow coordination. Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, guide them through product features, and maintain excellent service standards. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain documentation related to processes, client interactions, and team workflows. Process Improvement: Identify potential areas of improvement in operations and customer support, and suggest best practices to enhance efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to troubleshoot customer issues and relay feedback effectively. Preferred Candidate Profile Fresh Graduate or Final-Year Student: Relevant background in Business, Management, or a related field is advantageous. Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to address customer inquiries professionally. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to identify trends and propose operational enhancements. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
