Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the purchase department and possess strong skills in vendor management, preparing purchase orders, and handling comparative statements. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to ensure smooth procurement operations. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure optimal procurement processes. Purchase Order Management: Prepare, review, and track purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services. Comparative Statements: Prepare comparative statements to analyze price quotes from different suppliers and recommend the best option based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all purchases and ensure timely reporting of procurement activities. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to meet procurement needs. Procurement Support: Assist in resolving any issues with deliveries, quality of goods, or vendor concerns in a timely manner. Microsoft Excel & Word: Efficiently use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, creating reports, and tracking purchases, and Word for drafting documents and correspondence. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchase or procurement role. Vendor Management: Proven experience in managing vendor relationships, negotiations, and sourcing products. Purchase Order Preparation: Strong experience in creating and processing purchase orders. Comparative Statement Preparation: Ability to prepare detailed comparative statements and analysis. Microsoft Office: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for data analysis, reporting, and tracking) and Microsoft Word (for documentation and communication). Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all procurement activities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear correspondence with vendors and internal teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in procurement within a Infrastructure industry. Knowledge of ERP systems or procurement software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
