Purchase Executive

Consider the candidates only if they are ready to work at office all 6 days at the work location  #3, 2nd Floor, 1st Main, Kalidasa Layout, Kattigenahalli, Bagalur Main Rd, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064 We are searching for a well organized purchasing executive to join our team. As a purchasing executive you should have experience, potential vendors and supplies inspecting goods and updating records , you should be able to negotiate pricing and transport cost , to be successful as a purchasing executive you should be able to multi task and evaluate products and vendors .   Roles and Responsibilities as a purchasing Should be persistence and challenging ability  in performing the given task. Should have ability to understand the Sales work flow. Negotiating the best or most cost effective s and deals Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. Negotiate pricing Track orders and ensure timely delivery Review quality of purchased products Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Prepare reports on purchases. Requirements and skills Proven work experience in Purchasing Minimum of 2 years. Should have experience in sourcing vendor, Hands-on experience in Zoho books. Experience in Negotiating pricing Good communication Skills. Should be proficient in word ,Excel and Email conversation. Fluent in and English, (good to have)   Job Type: Full-time Experience:2-3 years (Preferred) in purchasing. Days of working: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays half day)
