Job Description: Our client is looking for a Purchase Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement, vendor management, and cost optimization within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop purchasing and sourcing strategies based on customer requirements. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of products. Manage supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness. Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings. Ensure all procurement documentation meets company standards and compliance norms. Plan monthly purchases and oversee new product development. Identify and onboard new vendors to expand the supplier network. Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Handle ISO documentation and ensure adherence to industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth procurement and supply chain operations. Required Skills: 2-5 years experience of working in procurement/supply chain in the engineering equipment industry Knowledge of casting, machining processes, and costing. Expertise in vendor development and management. Ability to identify cost-reduction opportunities. Proficiency in documentation and ISO compliance. Why Join them?
