The key verticals within the company are personal care, specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials and packaging materials. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Maintain optimal stock levels to support production and operational needs. Coordinate with internal departments like production, quality control, and accounts for smooth procurement operations. Ensure timely delivery of materials by closely monitoring purchase orders. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. Resolve any discrepancies related to orders, invoices, or quality issues. Track market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards. Preferred candidate profile 2-4 years in a purchase, procurement, supply chain management (SCM), or similar role within a chemical or pharmaceutical company.
