Job Title: Purchase Executive Location: Naroda, Ahmedabad Industry: Chemical Manufacturing Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years Education: B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, M.Com, MBA Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 CTC Number of Openings: 4 Job Description: We are hiring Purchase Executives for our client, a well-established company in the chemical industry based in Naroda, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should possess 2–5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain coordination within the manufacturing or chemical domain. Key Responsibilities: ● Handle procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other production-related purchases ● Evaluate and onboard vendors, negotiate prices, and manage procurement contracts ● Coordinate with internal departments to forecast requirements and ensure timely deliveries ● Maintain and update purchase records and inventory levels in ERP ● Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements ● Develop strong supplier relationships to secure cost-effective and timely sourcing Requirements: ● 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement/purchasing ● Knowledge of sourcing chemicals and raw materials will be a strong advantage ● Proficiency in MS Office. ● Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills ● A background in chemical, pharma, or manufacturing procurement preferred Preferred Background: ● Candidates with multicultural exposure or familiarity with diverse regional work cultures—including South Indian states—will be considered a strong plus, to support inclusive team dynamics and communication.
