Discuss Technical Details with Vendor Costing /Bargaining Material Generating new vendors Have effective follow-up with vendor Material Order and replacement Material Dispatch Follow-up Vendor Relation Management & Vendor Analysis Ensure Availability of Material in Store Required Skill Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. Procuracy or Spend Map) Understanding of supply chain procedures Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses Negotiation skills
