Company: EIE Instruments Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Kubadthal, Ahmedabad

Full Time: Permanent

Salary: 20,000 to 40,000 [Based upon Experience, Knowledge and Skills]

About Us :

EIE Instruments engaged in manufacturing, marketing and Calibration of Scientific Instruments and Testing Equipments for various applications.

About The Role:

Oversee all aspects of the purchasing process, including ordering, purchasing, supplier management, shipping, and inventory. Purchase materials and equipment, develop vendor agreements, and establish relationships. Develop and maintain a database of suppliers, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities:

Identify business requirements for goods, materials, and services.
Find reliable suppliers to meet these requirements.
Negotiate prices, build quality, and delivery terms.
Set up the order quantities and making bid requests on supply contracts.

Candidate Qualifications:

Fluency with all three languages such as: Hindi, Gujarati and English
Proficient in Typing
Accuracy and Attention to Detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and software programs
Excellent Customer Service and Problem Serving Skills
The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
Preferred Qualification: Any Engineering Degree Holder
2-5 years of same industry experience or experience in Manufacturing Industry, Steel industry, Fabrication Industry, Pharma Industry etc.
