Job Description

Experience Required : Minimum 1 year experience in Interior field

  • Knowledge about materials of interior items.
  • Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) based on project requirements.
  • Prepare supplier quotations, and finalize pricing and payment terms.
  • Calculate the wages for workers.
  • Overall management of the office.
  • Monitor and track material deliveries to project sites in coordination with the project team.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and vendor databases.
  • Work closely with the design and project management teams to understand material specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, lead times, and budget constraints.
  • Resolve supply issues, including delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Familiarity with interior fit-out materials, vendors, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
