Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Purchase Executive to join our team in Sector 54 Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 7 years of experience in procurement and purchase, with a strong background in IT hardware and software procurement.

Roles and Responsibility

Plan and execute purchases to maintain stock levels.
Create purchase orders and manage buying activities.
Follow up with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Negotiate prices with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
Coordinate with the Accounts department for bill passing and payment.
Handle all functions of direct and indirect material purchases.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchase.
Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software procurement.
Experience in creating purchase orders and managing buying activities.
Good negotiation skills and ability to work with vendors and suppliers.
Ability to coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts.
Knowledge of direct and indirect purchase processes.
Familiarity with maintaining payment terms and taxes of vendors, especially in new developments.
Ability to develop new vendors for cost innovation and new products.
Maintain all purchase department activities and documents.
