Responsibilities and Duties-
1. Receiving Manual plan requirement after approval by & release purchase orders.
2. Receiving Erp plan requirement after approval & release purchase orders.
3. Receiving revised ERP plan requirement & release purchase orders.
4.Receiving Cold Forging plan requirements, stock checking & release purchase orders.
5. Receiving Maintenance list & Arranging quotation against sample item & punch into the ERP system.
6. Release purchase order Against Mil plan.
7.Consumable bill clearing on daily basis.
8. Job work bill clearing.
9. Receiving of RGP & vehicle plan to send the material & inform to supplier to collect the material.
10. Arranging quotation of RGP & punch into system & release job orders.
11. RGP follow up against job work, rectification and sample against new material.
12. Receiving general plan requirement and release purchase order unit-1,2,3
Qualifications-Graduation (any)
Skills-
Excellent in MS office (Word, Excel Power-point)
