Job Description

Job Title: Purchase Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Manage sourcing and delivery of products across domestic and international markets. Ensure strict adherence to quality control (QC) and comprehensive quality testing procedures. Conduct RFIs, RFQs, and recommend vendors based on qualification criteria. Oversee and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and consistent material supply. Implement and utilize digital tools for efficient vendor management. Manage the procure-to-pay (P2P) process from order placement to payment completion. Apply basic accounting principles, including knowledge of Letters of Credit . Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain clear communication channels. Maintain accurate and organized documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues by coordinating with stakeholders. Proficiency in English communication and expertise in Microsoft Excel Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 2-5 years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. Industry Preference: Food Processing industry, QSR, Knowledge of business operations and warehouse management. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns. Education: Any graduate / MBA. Salary Package 5 - 12 LPA (Based on experience and qualifications).
