Job Description

Role & responsibilities Purchase : 1. Making comparative statements for quotations received and placing orders for raw materials, imports, packing materials, consumables, R&D, lab chemicals, and miscellaneous items. 2. Following up for timely delivery and arranging transportation if required. 3. Filing and distribution of PO. 4. Following up with the factory for GRN and invoices. 5. Making entries of invoices against GRN and PO, scanning, and forwarding them to the respective accounts department. 6. Arranging outstanding statements and making entries of vendor payments, arranging to courier them. 7. Making a statement for insurance. Sales 1. Making a pro forma invoice for sales orders and sending them to the customer for payment. 2. Making entries for domestic sales invoices. 3. Making entries for buyers payments and forwarding them to the respective accounts department.
