Job Description

Ensure timely procurement of indirect materials , consumables, tools,packaging, and services as per production and maintenance needs. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requisitions and delivery schedules. Maintain a vendor database with rate contracts and lead times. Ensure timely processing of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and invoice forwarding to accounts. Operate effectively on ERP/SAP systems for all procurement transactions. Carry out field purchases (local market, urgent procurement, direct pick-up) as required. Use personal/company 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for supplier visits, material pickup, or logistics coordination.
