Job Description

Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers as per company standards.
Source and procure components such as guide rails, cabin materials, motors, controllers, COP/LOP, ropes, etc.
Obtain quotations, negotiate price, delivery time, and payment terms with vendors.
Release purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with the design, production, and stores departments for technical clarity and delivery planning.
Ensure all purchased items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Maintain and update procurement records, supplier database, and PO tracker.
Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.
Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.
Handle supplier audits and performance evaluations.
Manage import procurement processes (if applicable).
Resolve any discrepancies between PO, invoice, and received goods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,579.46 - ₹37,932.81 per month
