Job Title:

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop vendors for mechanical parts, tools, and components
Evaluate quotations, negotiate contracts, and finalize purchase orders
Ensure timely procurement of materials while maintaining cost efficiency
Coordinate with production and design teams for technical specifications
Monitor inventory levels and reorder as necessary
Maintain supplier relationships and resolve delivery or quality issues
Prepare and maintain procurement records, reports, and price lists

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of
mechanical components and industrial machinery
Proven experience in
vendor development and purchase negotiation
Knowledge of
procurement processes, GST, and billing terms
Hands-on with
MS Office, ERP systems, and purchase documentation
Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills
