A leading Filter Press Manufacturing Company located in Malumichampatti, Coimbatore requires Purchase Coordinator with 6 to 8 years’ experience in Purchase Corrdiantion.

• Coordinate the purchasing process to make sure materials, tools, and supplies are available on time.
• Create purchase orders accurately and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Keep records of purchases, prices, supplier details, and contracts up to date.
• Communicate with stores, production, and quality control teams to understand material needs and delivery schedules.
• Track orders and regularly update relevant teams on their status.
• Help evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and build good supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost savings.
• Monitor stock levels and help reorder materials to avoid shortages or excess.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and regulations in all purchasing activities.
• Use ERP or procurement software to manage and track purchase orders and reports.
• Solve procurement problems like delays, errors, or quality issues by working with suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare reports on purchasing status, supplier performance, and cost savings for management.
• Assist with audits and keep proper documents for purchasing and inventory control.

Preferred: Female candidate who is either currently idle or available to join immediately.

Location: Malumichampatti, Coimbatore

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
