Job Description

Source and procure IT hardware including computers, laptops, peripherals, servers, and networking equipment. Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, delivery time, and service. Request and review quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Finance, Admin) to understand hardware requirements. Track and manage purchase orders from initiation to delivery and invoice closure. Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Stay up-to-date with new IT hardware trends and recommend cost-effective alternatives. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules. Assist in inventory audits and maintain stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and industry regulations. Preparation of PO & SO
