Purchase Assistant

MALE candidates required for the post of Purchase Assistant

• 2 wheeler
• Maintain strong working relationships with our vendors
• Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on monthly, quarterly and annual numbers
• Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the company
• Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
• dispatch arrangement with courier or relevant transport to customers as per sales dept instructions
• to assist in production
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Placing and tracking orders.
• Keep accurate records of purchases made
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors and manufacturers
• Excel, Emailing , online purchases and payments knowledge is compulsory
• Tally knowledge preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
