We are hiring for the Purchase & Billing position at our office!

Position: Purchase & Billing Staff
Location: Zenora Healthcare,Kollam,

Branch of Crystal Group of Companies ,Samkranthi,Kottayam ,Kerala

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Proficient in Tally (minimum 1 years of experience Preferred)
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase entries and billing management
• General administrative tasks
• Handling phone calls, emails, and daily correspondence
• Maintaining records and filing systems
• Coordinating appointments and travel arrangements
• Managing and organizing office supplies

Requirements:

• Strong Tally knowledge with hands-on experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
