Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized professional to assist the Top Management in managing all CSR and PR initiatives. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring CSR projects, handling communications, and maintaining the organization’s public image and stakeholder relationships. The candidate will act as a key liaison between the Top Management, partner organizations, media, and internal teams to ensure effective execution of all CSR and PR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CSR Management & Coordination:

Support the Top Management in developing, implementing, and monitoring CSR strategies and programs.

Coordinate CSR initiatives, community projects, and partnerships with external agencies or NGOs.

Track progress, impact, and budgets of CSR projects and prepare regular reports for the Top Management.

Ensure compliance with CSR guidelines, reporting norms, and statutory requirements.

Identify new CSR opportunities aligned with the organization’s values and social objectives.

2. Public Relations & Communication:

Manage the organization’s public image through media, digital, and community engagement.

Draft press releases, media statements, newsletters, and social media content highlighting CSR initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, and community representatives.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for CSR events, press coverage, and outreach campaigns.

3. Top Management’s Office Support:

Provide administrative and strategic support to the Top Management for all CSR and PR-related functions.

Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for meetings and public appearances.

Manage correspondence, follow-ups, and project timelines as per the Top Management’s directives.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

4. Event & Partnership Management:

Plan and execute CSR events, community engagement activities, and awareness programs.

Collaborate with NGOs, corporate partners, and local authorities for joint initiatives.

Ensure smooth logistics and coordination for CSR campaigns and media events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Social Work, or Business Administration.

3–6 years of experience in CSR management, public relations, or corporate communications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and local language).

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Understanding of CSR regulations, community engagement, and impact assessment.

Proficiency in MS Office and social media management tools.
