Job Description

Position : Public Relation Officer Location : Kochi, Kerala Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all parent and student inquiries related to campus facilities. Represent the institution professionally during campus visits, meetings, and external interactions. Provide detailed information and guided tours to prospective students and parents. Handle queries and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication. Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely updates and responses to stakeholders. Maintain records of interactions and feedback from parents/students for continuous improvement. Assist in organizing campus events and promotional activities when required. Candidate Requirements: Gender: Male candidates only Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with reputed educational institutions or corporate brands.
