Designation: PR Officer


Key Responsibilities:

1. Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through regular

communication.

2. Address parental concerns, queries, and feedback.

3. Organize parent-teacher meetings, events, and activities.

4. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure parent engagement.

5. Develop and implement strategies to enhance parent-school

partnerships.

6. Maintain accurate records of parent interactions.


Qualification: Bachelor's /Master's Degree in Public relations,

Communications, Journalism or a related field.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Ability to build rapport with parents and staff.

3. Organizational and problem-solving skills.

4. Relevant experience in customer service or education.
