The Opportunity: We're seeking an innovative and results-oriented PR Manager to spearhead our public relations efforts. This is a unique chance to not only manage PR campaigns but also contribute significantly to the strategic growth and brand development of THIRTY40 Tennis Academy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to raise the national profile of THIRTY40 Tennis Academy and Arnav Alok Goel. Lead a strategic PR campaign around Arnav Alok Goel's achievement as the second youngest ATP Level A certified coach. Generate innovative ideas for brand growth and expansion of THIRTY40 Tennis Academy, aligning with our vision of being the "one-stop tennis solution." Identify and secure media opportunities (print, online, broadcast) to promote our academy, coaching programs, and unique offerings. Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the sports and lifestyle sectors. Manage all external communications, including press releases, media kits, Q&A documents, and key messaging. Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign effectiveness. Explore and strategize entry into sports consultancy, leveraging THIRTY40's expertise and reputation. Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure PR efforts align with overall business objectives. Represent THIRTY40 Tennis Academy at industry events and conferences as required. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in Public Relations, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful brand-building campaigns. Demonstrated experience in the sports industry is highly preferred, though not mandatory if you can showcase a strong passion and understanding. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives. Proven media relations expertise and a robust network of media contacts. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative PR solutions. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
