Job Description

Role Purpose: The person shall make plans and execute communication campaigns, manage government and non-government organizations through liasoning, client and agency relationships for the Service Recipient. Major Accountabilities: Primary and Secondary duties: 1. Role & responsibilities: a. Establish and maintain relationships with government bodies, Greater Noida Authority, Labour commissioner office, DDF office and all other regulatory bodies based in Lucknow and other state secure approvals, permits, and licenses required for company operations. b. Facilitate smooth interactions with various local, state, and central government agencies. c. Ensure that the Service Recipient adheres to all regulatory and legal requirements, including labour laws, environmental regulations, and zoning requirements. d. Stay updated on the latest government policies, regulations, and notifications that impact the business of the Service Recipient. e. Assist in the preparation and submission of applications, responses for various permits, approvals, and licenses required by the Service Recipient. f. Build strong relationships with landowners, community leaders, government officials, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning and operations of the Service Recipient. g. Resolve any conflicts or grievances that arise during any land acquisition or approval process for the Service Recipient. h. Represent the organization in meetings with government bodies, legal professionals, and local communities. i. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of real estate projects and government approvals. j. To perform any other ancillary services / services as request and informed by the Services Recipient k. Collaborate with HR in setup of excellent employee experience for their morale improvement and at the same time promoting customer satisfaction / customer delight culture to strengthen CNH cultural believes of Customer First & Be the best. l. Maintain positive relationships and achieve stakeholder and partners satisfaction, Enlist appropriate levels of management as sponsors of change where required. m. Any other work / service related to his ability and functions from time to time by the management. Education/Qualifications: Post Graduate/Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication Essential experience and skills 10-18 years or more experience in the field of Public Relations Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills & Understanding of Labour & civil Laws Language Requirement(s): English, Hindi
