Job Summary:

We're looking-out for a creative, crafty, and goal-oriented PR Executive to join our growing team, with 2 to 3 years of full-time experience in the PR industry, based in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will manage Media Relations, Client Servicing, help strategize public relations initiatives, and work closely with clients to build and maintain their brand image. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the media landscape, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to execute campaigns and deliverables effectively, efficiently, and autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client and Industry Knowledge:

• Stay updated on client industries, competitors, and relevant trends by actively reading articles, press materials, marketing collateral, and strategy documents.
• Participate in client brainstorms and meetings, asking informed questions and providing creative recommendations.

2. Media Relations and Client Servicing:

• Identify and build relationships with journalists, editors, and other media contacts to secure media coverage for your clients with fixed monthly targets in mind.
• Assist in creating and maintaining customized media lists and developing story ideas tailored to target audiences.
• Build media relationships to benefit client campaigns and leverage opportunities for media exposure.
• Build strong relationships with your clients and their team to ensure smooth conversation and mutual understanding.
• Stay on top of client queries and support them with all their PR requirements.

3. Campaign Execution and Reporting:

• Execute PR strategies to align with clients' goals and measure campaign performance.
• Define and track PR KPIs in collaboration with the PR Head, producing detailed reports on campaign success and effectiveness.

4. Content Creation and Communication:

• Draft high-quality, actionable client-facing communications, including status reports, campaign summaries, and account activity reports.
• Develop press materials, story ideas, and responses to media inquiries.
• Support preparation and coordination of press events and manage social media amplification efforts for clients.

5. Collaboration & Business Development:

• Work with senior team members to develop case studies, contribute to new business proposals, and prospective client outreach for relevant opportunities.
• Consistently demonstrate integrity, credibility, and inclusivity, building trust with clients and colleagues.
• Assist the Business Development team in Prospecting, Engaging, and Tracking new client acquisitions for the Agency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in PR, with a solid understanding of the media landscape and PR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, public speaking abilities, and a proactive approach to project management.
• Ability to analyze PR metrics, generate actionable insights, and align with broader marketing goals.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Non-negotiable skills and assets:

• Established network of media contacts and experience coordinating interviews, media opportunities, coverage opportunities, and PR campaigns.
• Adaptable to diverse industries and industry trends with a creative approach to strategy.
• Ability to work autonomously with a goal-oriented approach.
