  • Documentation & Record Keeping

    • Maintain project-related documents, correspondence, and reports.
    • Handle permits, licenses, and compliance paperwork.
  • Office & Site Management

    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and welfare for staff.
  • Communication & Coordination

    • Act as a link between site teams, contractors, and management.
    • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and circulate notices.
  • Vendor & Service Management

    • Liaise with vendors for procurement of non-technical items.
    • Ensure timely delivery of services like housekeeping, security, etc.
  • Support for HR & IR

    • Assist in onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
    • Verify wage disbursement and working conditions.
    • Investigate misconduct and enforce disciplinary procedures.
    • Maintain harmony to avoid strikes or work stoppages.
