PU Foam Processing Supervisor

We are looking for a PU Foam Processing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the production process of polyurethane (PU) foam, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency throughout operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor PU foam production lines
• Maintain quality standards during processing and cutting
• Coordinate with production staff to meet daily targets
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area
• Report production data and assist in process improvements

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / ITI / Graduate (any relevant field preferred)
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Basic understanding of PU foam machinery and production processes (preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
