Job Summary: Shree Bafna Public School is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Physical Training Instructor (PTI) Teacher to plan, organize, and deliver high-quality physical education programs for our students across various age groups. The PTI Teacher will be responsible for fostering a love for physical activity, developing fundamental motor skills, promoting sportsmanship, and ensuring the safety and well-being of students during physical education classes and sports activities. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development and Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive and age-appropriate physical education curriculum aligned with the school's standards and promoting physical fitness, sports skills, and healthy habits. Plan and deliver engaging and varied physical education lessons, incorporating individual and team sports, fitness activities, and recreational games. Adapt activities to cater to the diverse abilities and interests of students. Ensure the progressive development of motor skills, coordination, strength, and endurance. Instruction and Training: Provide clear instructions and demonstrations for various physical activities and sports techniques. Coach and train students in individual and team sports, preparing them for intra-school and inter-school competitions. Emphasize the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play. Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their skills and performance. Classroom and Field Management: Maintain a safe and organized environment for physical education classes and sports activities. Ensure the proper use and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities. Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent injuries. Manage student behavior effectively during physical activities. Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student participation, skill development, and fitness levels through appropriate methods. Provide feedback to students and parents on their progress in physical education. Maintain records of student participation and performance. Promoting Sports and Physical Activity: Organize and supervise intra-school sports events and competitions. Identify and nurture sporting talent among students. Encourage student participation in extracurricular sports activities and clubs. Promote the importance of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle within the school community. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate physical activity into the broader school curriculum. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's participation and progress in physical education and sports. Participate in school meetings and events as required. Professional Development: Stay updated on current trends and best practices in physical education and sports training. Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. School Responsibilities: Adhere to school policies and procedures. Contribute to the overall well-being and development of the school community. Participate in school events and activities as required. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or a related field. A Master's degree (M.P.Ed.) is preferred. Proven experience as a PTI Teacher or Physical Education Instructor in a recognized school. Strong knowledge of various sports, fitness activities, and training techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students to participate in physical activities. First Aid and CPR certification is desirable. Ability to work effectively with students of all age groups and abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations related to physical education and sports. Experience in organizing and managing sports events. Skills and Competencies: Deep knowledge of physical education principles and practices. Expertise in various sports and fitness activities. Effective instructional and coaching skills. Strong classroom and field management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and engage students.
