Key Responsibilities: PTE Exam Preparation: Conduct one-on-one and group sessions to help students prepare for the PTE exam, covering all sections: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Customized Lesson Plans: Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of individual students or groups, focusing on key areas such as time management, strategies, and exam techniques. Mock Exams & Practice Tests: Administer mock PTE exams to simulate real test conditions and provide detailed feedback to students on their performance. Progress Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of each student, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Adjust teaching strategies to maximize learning outcomes. Feedback & Support: Provide constructive feedback after each session, highlighting areas for improvement and offering strategies for further development. Motivational Coaching: Help students overcome anxiety and lack of confidence, fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with any changes to the PTE exam format, guidelines, and scoring to ensure students receive the most accurate and relevant advice. Additional Support: Assist students with test-related queries, such as exam registration, test day preparation, and tips for achieving higher scores. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience as a PTE trainer or in a similar role, with a proven track record of helping students achieve high scores. Expertise: Deep understanding of the PTE exam format, scoring system, and best practices for test preparation. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in TESOL, CELTA, or any other relevant qualification.
