Position Overview : We are seeking motivated and compassionate M.Sc. and B.Sc. students in Psychology who are looking for an internship opportunity. As an Intern Psychologist at Holding Hands, you will gain hands-on experience, participate in clinical and research activities, and contribute to the overall mission of our organization. ** Please note that this is an unpaid internship. Key Responsibilities: ï‚· Conduct pre-consultation calls with clients to understand their needs and concerns. ï‚· Assist in assessing clients' psychological requirements by gathering detailed information during initial interactions. ï‚· Support the senior psychologists in analyzing client profiles and developing personalized treatment plans. ï‚· Maintain client records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. ï‚· Observe and assist in client sessions, providing necessary support as directed by senior psychologists. ï‚· Help in preparing materials for therapy sessions and workshops. ï‚· Assist in research and data collection for psychological assessments and evaluations. ï‚· Offer emotional support to clients, ensuring they feel heard and understood. ï‚· Stay updated with the latest psychological techniques and trends to contribute effectively to client care. ï‚· Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance client experiences. ï‚· Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all client interactions. Qualifications: ï‚· Have completed M.Sc program in Psychology. ï‚· Strong interest in clinical psychology and mental health services. ï‚· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ï‚· Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines. ï‚· Strong organizational and time management skills. ï‚· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ï‚· Previous experience in a clinical or research setting is a plus.
